I love the concept of “ teaming “ as it denotes an active, nimble approach to coming together to deliver. It calls for leaders to have situational humility, rather than ego lead control, which is the humility to know we can’t possibly have all the answers.
I wanted to share this fantastic TED talk, as it’s a great reminder in these times of economic turmoil that truly creative solutions come not from fear based behaviours, but from curiosity, collaboration, trust and the ability to look up and out and to connect with others whose knowledge and skills are different from our own.
