The Leadership Edit is designed for leaders and leadership teams in transition; stepping up, stepping across or stepping out. It helps leaders make sense of what they are leaving behind, clarify what they want to carry forward and set the tone for a new chapter with intention and confidence.

Through guided reflection, expansive dialogue and practical planning, we help leaders identify what needs to be closed, kept or reimagined, professionally and personally. The day brings focus to identity, legacy and direction, creating the clarity and energy for the new beginning.

This form of coaching is ideal for leaders or teams who are:

Our Methodology

  • Once there is clarity, we work in partnership to design a coaching approach that fits the reality of the situation. This is where judgement matters. We name the real work, agree priorities, and shape a route that is stretching but workable.

    Each design is bespoke, drawing on commercial understanding, systemic insight, and creative practices refined through years of working alongside leaders in complex organisational settings.

  • This is where insight turns into action. The work becomes focused, practical, and anchored in day-to-day leadership decisions. We support leaders to try things out, reflect honestly on what’s happening, and adjust as needed.

    Accountability is part of the partnership. We are clear about intentions, we come back to commitments, and we pay attention to what’s changing and what isn’t.
