Team Accelerator
accelerating clarity, alignment and delivery in leadership teams

Team Accelerator supports senior teams at pivotal moments when what the team is being asked to deliver has shifted, but how the team works has not yet caught up.

Priorities compete. Roles and interdependencies are unclear. Conversations are avoided or unproductive. It can feel personal, but more often the issue sits in the system: in boundaries, overlaps and a lack of shared clarity.

This work creates the space to reset how the team operates. We start with what the team must deliver, then clarify priorities, roles and interdependencies, and build the conditions for effective collective performance.

It is a focused, tailored intervention shaped around the business context and real deliverables. Alongside this, we bring a systemic lens to help the team see what is actually driving behaviour and performance, often shifting patterns that have been hard to name or resolve.

A core part of the work is building accountability. Not just agreeing actions, but establishing the rhythms, review points and ways of working that ensure the team holds itself to account over time.

This work is most useful when teams are:

  • newly formed or under new leadership

  • unclear on priorities, roles or interdependencies

  • experiencing friction, avoidance or ineffective dynamics

  • operating in fast-changing or high-pressure environments

  • needing to increase pace, alignment or delivery

Teams leave with:

  • clear priorities, purpose and interdependencies

  • stronger alignment around how work gets done

  • more honest, direct and effective conversations

  • practical rhythms, routines and accountability

    — and, as a result, a team that is aligned, accountable and able to deliver at the level the business now requires.

For the organisation, this means:

  • improved delivery against business priorities

  • faster progress in complex or changing environments

  • stronger collective leadership at critical moments

Our Methodology

At Randolph Partnership, every coaching relationship follows a simple, disciplined structure: Discover – Design – Deliver. It’s a way of working that creates clarity, shapes intention, and supports meaningful progress , developed over many years of working closely with senior leaders and teams.

  • We begin by slowing the pace enough to see what’s really going on. Through careful conversation and attention to what matters most, we surface the patterns, assumptions, and pressures that are shaping behaviour and decisions.

This stage creates a shared understanding of the work ahead and avoids rushing to solutions too early.

  • Once there is clarity, we work in partnership to design a coaching approach that fits the reality of the situation. This is where judgement matters. We name the real work, agree priorities, and shape a route that is stretching but workable.

Each design is bespoke, drawing on commercial understanding, systemic insight, and creative practices refined through years of working alongside leaders in complex organisational settings.

  • This is where insight turns into action. The work becomes focused, practical, and anchored in day-to-day leadership decisions. We support leaders to try things out, reflect honestly on what’s happening, and adjust as needed.

Accountability is part of the partnership. We are clear about intentions, we come back to commitments, and we pay attention to what’s changing and what isn’t. The aim is not activity for its own sake, but progress that holds. Delivery remains responsive, grounded, and shaped by the values that guide our work.
